- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 8 oz mascarpone cheese
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 package ladyfingers savoiardi
- Fresh blackberries & lemon zest for garnish optional
In a saucepan, combine blackberries, sugar, and lemon juice.
Simmer until soft, mash slightly, and strain if desired. Let cool.
Beat mascarpone with powdered sugar until smooth.
In a separate bowl, whip cream to soft peaks.
Fold into mascarpone gently.
