Ingredients
  

Sauce:

  • 4 tbsp butter
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp dried parsley

Lasagna:

  • 1 package lasagna noodles
  • 32 oz ricotta cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 8 oz frozen spinach thawed and drained
  • 3 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 18 slices provolone cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and cook noodles.
  • Make the sauce: melt butter, whisk in flour, add milk and broth, simmer until thickened.
  • Stir in seasonings, cheese, parsley.
  • Make filling: mix ricotta, Parmesan, eggs, seasonings, spinach, and chicken.
  • Assemble: layer sauce, noodles, filling, provolone.
  • Repeat. Top with sauce and cheese.
