Sauce:
- 4 tbsp butter
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp dried parsley
Lasagna:
- 1 package lasagna noodles
- 32 oz ricotta cheese
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- ¾ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 8 oz frozen spinach thawed and drained
- 3 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 18 slices provolone cheese
Preheat oven to 350°F and cook noodles.
Make the sauce: melt butter, whisk in flour, add milk and broth, simmer until thickened.
Stir in seasonings, cheese, parsley.
Make filling: mix ricotta, Parmesan, eggs, seasonings, spinach, and chicken.
Assemble: layer sauce, noodles, filling, provolone.
Repeat. Top with sauce and cheese.
