Ingredients
  

  • 2 slices round watermelon
  • 250 g 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 75 g ½ cup blueberries
  • 75 g ½ cup raspberries
  • 75 g ½ cup strawberries
  • 75 g ½ cup kiwi, sliced

Instructions
 

  • Slice two rounds of watermelon and place them flat on a board or large plate.
  • In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and lemon juice until smooth and creamy.
  • Spread the yogurt mixture evenly over each watermelon slice.
  • Top with blueberries, raspberries, sliced strawberries, and kiwi pieces.
  • Cut into wedges like a pizza and serve immediately.
