Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces goat cheese softened to room temperature
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened to room temperature
  • 1/2 cup fig jam
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1/3 cup chopped pecans or walnuts, almonds, or pistachios
  • 2 tbsp chopped thyme and rosemary

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, stir goat cheese and cream cheese until combined.
  • Spread into a small oven-safe dish.
  • Spoon fig jam over the cheese and spread evenly.
  • Drizzle balsamic vinegar over the top.
  • Bake 10–15 minutes, until warm and bubbly.
  • While baking, toast nuts in a dry skillet until aromatic.

Notes
