Ingredients
  

  • 2 slices sprouted grain sandwich bread
  • 2 –3 slices cooked turkey breast
  • 2 slices brie cheese rind removed
  • tablespoons whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1 tablespoon butter or ghee for grilling

Instructions
 

  • Spread butter on the outer sides of both bread slices.
  • Layer cranberry sauce, turkey, and brie inside the sandwich.
  • Grill in a skillet or panini press for 3–4 minutes per side until golden.
  • Let rest 1 minute before slicing and serving.
