- 2 slices sprouted grain sandwich bread
- 2 –3 slices cooked turkey breast
- 2 slices brie cheese rind removed
- 1½ tablespoons whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1 tablespoon butter or ghee for grilling
Spread butter on the outer sides of both bread slices.
Layer cranberry sauce, turkey, and brie inside the sandwich.
Grill in a skillet or panini press for 3–4 minutes per side until golden.
Let rest 1 minute before slicing and serving.
