- 8 oz hot sausage Italian or your choice, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce or pizza sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning optional
- Fresh arugula or spinach optional
Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
Place pizza stone in oven if using.
Roll out dough on floured surface.
