Ingredients
  

  • 1 pizza dough store-bought or homemade
  • 8 oz hot sausage Italian or your choice, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup tomato sauce or pizza sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning optional
  • Fresh arugula or spinach optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
  • Place pizza stone in oven if using.
  • Roll out dough on floured surface.
  • Transfer to baking sheet or stone.
  • Brush dough with olive oil. Pre-bake for 5 minutes.
  • Spread tomato sauce. Top with mozzarella.
