Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb beef strips flank, skirt, or sirloin
  • 1 –2 Tbsp avocado oil divided
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 carrots peeled into ribbons
  • 3 cloves garlic minced

Clean Sauce

  • 1 Tbsp honey or pure maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp fresh ginger grated

Garnish

  • Sesame seeds

Instructions
 

  • Whisk together sauce ingredients; set aside.
  • Heat oil over high heat; sear beef 1–2 min per side. Remove.
  • Stir-fry veggies 3–4 min until crisp-tender; add garlic and onions, cook 30 sec.
  • Return beef, pour in sauce, and toss 1–2 min until glazed.
  • Serve sprinkled with sesame seeds and green onions.
