- 12.35 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella & Parmesan mix
- ½ cup oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes divided
- ½ cup fresh basil chopped
- ½ cup olives chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 fresh tomato diced (garnish)
- Fresh basil leaves garnish
Divide sun-dried tomatoes; chop half for filling.
Mix cream cheese, shredded cheeses, chopped tomatoes, basil, olives, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Shape into a ball; wrap and chill ≥30 min.
Melt butter; toast panko until golden.
Unwrap cheese ball; roll in panko to coat.
Garnish with diced tomato and basil. Serve with bread or crackers.
