  • 1 quart fresh strawberries sliced or halved

  • 8 oz cream cheese room temperature
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup lemon curd
  • 2 tsp lemon zest

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, beat all lemon mascarpone cream ingredients until smooth and fluffy.
  • Layer strawberries, cream, and pound cake in jars.
