This gorgeous strawberry sangria blends homemade strawberry syrup with white wine, club soda, and fresh fruit for a light, sweet, and vibrant drink. It's easy to make ahead and ideal for sipping with friends during spring or summer gatherings.

Ingredients
  

Strawberry Simple Syrup

  • 3 cups fresh strawberries sliced
  • ½ cup water
  • cup sugar
  • Sangria
  • Strawberry simple syrup from above
  • 1 bottle white wine
  • ½ cup club soda
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries sliced
  • ½ orange sliced
  • Fresh mint leaves

Instructions
 

  • Strain syrup, chill.
  • In a pitcher, mix syrup, wine, and soda. Add fruit and mint; stir.
  • Chill ≥1 hour; add ice and serve.

Notes

  • Use a dry white wine like Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio.
  • For a sweeter sangria, increase sugar or use a sweeter wine.
