- White sugar
- Sesame oil
- Cornstarch or tapioca starch
- Egg
- Garlic oil
Pound coriander root, garlic, and peppercorns into a rough paste.
Mix Golden Mountain sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and sesame oil.
Blend pork, sauce mix, egg, and starch until smooth.
