Ingredients
  

  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ tsp oregano
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ tbsp butter divided
  • ½ cup baby spinach
  • ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, whisk eggs, oregano, garlic powder, and salt.
  • Melt ¼ tbsp butter in a nonstick skillet.
  • Add spinach and sauté until wilted. Transfer to a plate.
  • Add remaining butter to the skillet.
  • Pour in eggs, cover and cook for 1–2 minutes.
