Sparkling Summer Fruit Sangria

Bursting with ripe strawberries, peaches, citrus, and a splash of lemon-lime fizz, this white sangria with Triple Sec is perfect for backyard BBQs, brunches, or lounging poolside.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups mixed sliced fruit strawberries, peaches, oranges, lemons, nectarines, raspberries
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup Triple Sec or another orange liqueur
  • 1 bottle 750 ml Pinot Grigio (or another crisp white wine)
  • 2 cups lemon-lime soda

Instructions
 

  • Wash and slice fruit; keep berries whole.
  • In a large pitcher, combine fruit, sugar, and Triple Sec. Stir gently.
  • Add Pinot Grigio and stir until sugar dissolves.
  • Cover and refrigerate 2–4 hours or overnight.
  • Just before serving, gently stir in lemon-lime soda.

Notes

  • You can use Prosecco instead of lemon-lime soda for extra sparkle.
  • Swap Pinot Grigio for Sauvignon Blanc or a fruity Rosé.
  • Adjust sugar to taste depending on your wine and fruit ripeness.
