Ingredients
- 1 box lemon cake mix
- 2 eggs
- ⅓ cup oil
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 12 –14 Lemon Oreos
- Yellow food coloring optional
Instructions
- Mix cake mix, eggs, oil, zest, and food coloring in a bowl.
- Chill dough for 30–45 minutes.
- Wrap dough around each Lemon Oreo and roll into balls.
- Bake at 350°F for 11–13 minutes.
