- 25 g dried snow fungus rehydrated overnight
- 10 cups water
- 1 large Asian pear ~300–400g, peeled and chopped
- 40 g rock sugar or to taste
- 15 g dried goji berries 2 tbsp
- 20 g dried Chinese red dates ¼ cup
Soak snow fungus overnight. Trim and tear into small pieces.
Add fungus and water to a pot. Simmer 30 minutes.
Add pear pieces. Simmer 30 more minutes.
Add rock sugar, goji berries, and dates.
Simmer 1–2 hours on low until syrupy and amber-colored.
Serve hot or chilled.
