- 2 pounds chicken breasts
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 pound penne pasta
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Add chicken, cream, broth, butter, garlic powder, and Cajun seasoning to a 6-quart crock pot.
Cover and cook on low for 4–6 hours or high for 2–3 hours until chicken is cooked through.
Remove chicken, shred or dice, then return to the pot.
Stir sauce, then add uncooked pasta.
Cover and cook on high for 20–30 minutes until pasta is tender.
Stir in Parmesan cheese and let melt for 5 minutes.
