Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds chicken breasts
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 pound penne pasta
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Add chicken, cream, broth, butter, garlic powder, and Cajun seasoning to a 6-quart crock pot.
  • Cover and cook on low for 4–6 hours or high for 2–3 hours until chicken is cooked through.
  • Remove chicken, shred or dice, then return to the pot.
  • Stir sauce, then add uncooked pasta.
  • Cover and cook on high for 20–30 minutes until pasta is tender.
  • Stir in Parmesan cheese and let melt for 5 minutes.

Notes
