Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons sugar or honey for a natural option
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 cups refrigerated coconut milk unsweetened or lightly sweetened

Instructions
 

  • Add to Blender: Place frozen strawberries, sugar (or honey), vanilla extract, and chilled coconut milk into a blender.
  • Blend Smooth: Blend on high for 45–60 seconds, pausing to scrape down the sides if needed, until completely smooth and creamy.
  • Adjust Consistency (Optional): If too thick, add a splash more coconut milk; if too thin, add a few more frozen strawberries and blend briefly.
  • Pour & Serve: Divide the mixture between two large glasses.
  • Serve immediately with a wide straw. Add ice cubes if desired for extra chill
