- 2 oz 100% pineapple juice
- 2 oz cake-flavored vodka or vanilla/whipped cream vodka
- 1 tsp grenadine
- Garnishes: 1 pineapple chunk 2 maraschino cherries
Chill a martini glass; optionally rim with sugar.
Combine pineapple juice and vodka in a shaker; add ice.
Shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
Strain into the chilled glass, leaving room for grenadine.
Slowly pour grenadine along the glass edge to layer.
Garnish with pineapple chunk and cherries. Serve immediately.
