This Pineapple Upside-Down Martini is a fun and fruity twist on the classic dessert—featuring sweet pineapple juice, smooth cake-flavored vodka, and a gorgeous grenadine float. It’s the perfect party cocktail that looks as good as it tastes.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz 100% pineapple juice
  • 2 oz cake-flavored vodka or vanilla/whipped cream vodka
  • 1 tsp grenadine
  • Garnishes: 1 pineapple chunk 2 maraschino cherries

Instructions
 

  • Chill a martini glass; optionally rim with sugar.
  • Combine pineapple juice and vodka in a shaker; add ice.
  • Shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
  • Strain into the chilled glass, leaving room for grenadine.
  • Slowly pour grenadine along the glass edge to layer.
  • Garnish with pineapple chunk and cherries. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Vodka Swap: Vanilla or whipped cream vodka works great if you can’t find cake-flavored.
  • Layering Tip: Pour grenadine slowly over the back of a spoon along the inside edge of the glass for perfect layering.
  • Make-Ahead Prep: Mix pineapple juice and vodka in a sealed container and chill for up to 4 hours.
  • Shake with ice and add grenadine just before serving.
