These cheese roll ups swap the bread for golden-baked cheese “tortillas” that wrap around a rich, creamy Philly-style beef and pepper mixture. They're keto-friendly, fast to make, and incredibly satisfying for any cheese lover!

- 16 ounces ground beef
- 1/2 medium onion sliced
- 1 bell pepper sliced
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheet with parchment.
In a skillet, brown the ground beef. Add onions and bell peppers.
Cook until soft. Drain excess grease.
Add Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and cream cheese.
Stir until creamy and combined. Set aside.
On parchment-lined tray, create 8 cheese circles (¼ cup each).
