  • ¼ cup diced fillings e.g., ham, spinach, mushrooms

Instructions
 

  • Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Melt butter in a nonstick skillet over medium-low heat.
  • Pour in eggs and gently stir edges toward the center.
  • When mostly set, add fillings on one half.
  • Fold, slide onto plate, and serve immediately.
