Measure tequila, passionfruit juice, raspberry syrup, and optional simple syrup.
Dry Shake: In a cocktail shaker, combine tequila, passionfruit juice, raspberry syrup, lime juice, and egg white (or aquafaba).
Shake vigorously without ice for 15–20 seconds.
