These juicy orange chicken bites are pan-seared and coated in a sticky, flavorful sauce made with fresh orange juice, honey, ginger, and soy. Served over rice and finished with sesame seeds and green onions, they’re perfect for a quick, satisfying weeknight dinner.

- ¼ cup soy sauce
- ⅓ cup freshly squeezed orange juice from ~1 large orange
- 3 Tbsp honey
- 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1½ to 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1½ Tbsp unsalted butter
- Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish optional
Whisk soy sauce, orange juice, honey, ginger, and sesame oil.
Marinate chicken in mixture for 20 minutes.
Sear chicken in olive oil until golden and cooked through.

Add reserved marinade and butter to pan.
Boil for 1 minute to thicken.
