Made with a blend of raw nuts, seeds, dried fruit, and rich dark chocolate, this snack is naturally sweetened with medjool dates and has just the right touch of sea salt. It’s a wholesome, no-fuss treat you can prep in 5 minutes and enjoy all week long.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup raw almonds
  • 1/3 cup raw walnuts
  • 1/3 cup raw pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup raw sunflower seeds
  • 1/8 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/8 cup dark chocolate chunks
  • 2 medjool dates roughly chopped
  • 1/8 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Remove pits from the medjool dates and chop into small pieces.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine almonds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds
  • sunflower seeds, cranberries, chocolate, and chopped dates. Stir gently.
  • Sprinkle sea salt over the mix and stir again to evenly distribute.
  • Store in a sealed container in the fridge or pantry. Enjoy throughout the week!
