Ingredients

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 cup mashed raspberries fresh or thawed frozen
  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 12 ounces melted white chocolate

Instructions
 

  • Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Add raspberries and stir to combine.
  • Fold in graham cracker crumbs until doughy.
  • Roll into 1-inch balls and chill 1–2 hours.
