A quick and easy no-bake treat made from chocolate, coconut, and graham cracker crumbs, coated in extra graham crumbs for added texture. These little bites are sweet, creamy, and absolutely irresistible.

Base Ingredients
- 1½ cups 255g chocolate chips
- 1 can 300ml sweetened condensed milk
- 1½ cups 120g dried coconut
- 1½ cups 180g graham cracker crumbs
Wet Ingredients
- ¼ cup 57g melted butter
- 1 teaspoon 5ml vanilla extract
Coating
- ½ cup 60g additional graham crumbs (for rolling)
In a large bowl, stir together melted butter, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract.
Add graham cracker crumbs, coconut, and chocolate chips. Mix until fully combined.
Chill the mixture for 1 hour in the fridge or 15–20 minutes in the freezer.
Roll into 1¼-inch balls and coat with extra graham cracker crumbs.
Chill again until firm, about 30–60 minutes.
Store in fridge in a sealed container for up to a week.
