Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Medjool dates about 12, pitted
  • 1/2 cup smooth almond butter
  • 1/2 cup whole pecans
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Soak dates in hot water for 10 minutes, then drain.
  • Add all ingredients to a food processor. Blend until thick and sticky.
  • If needed, add 1 tablespoon water to help the dough come together.
  • Chill dough for 1 hour.
  • Roll into 20 balls and refrigerate. Enjoy!
