Ingredients
  

Mixed Berry Filling

  • 2 cups frozen berries
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • Pinch sea salt
  • tbsp tapioca starch

Oatmeal Crust & Crumble

  • cups rolled oats
  • cups almond flour
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • tsp sea salt
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • cup coconut oil solid
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and line a 9×9-inch pan with parchment.
  • Chop large berries. Simmer filling ingredients until juicy.
  • Mix tapioca starch with a bit of juice, stir back into berries to thicken.
  • Combine dry oat mixture in a bowl. Add wet ingredients and mix.
  • Press most of mixture into pan. Spread berry filling on top.
  • Crumble remaining oat mix over berries.
