- 6 cups potatoes peeled and diced
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup bacon cooked and crumbled
- 3 teaspoons garlic minced
- 1/2 cup onion chopped
Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Add diced potatoes, cheese, bacon, garlic, and onion to the dish. Toss to combine.
Add mayonnaise and stir until everything is evenly coated.
Season with salt and pepper.
Bake uncovered for about 1½ hours or until potatoes are tender and top is golden.
Let rest 5–10 minutes before serving. Enjoy hot.
