Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups mashed potatoes
  • 3 cups stuffing
  • cups shredded turkey
  • Gravy for serving
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Panko breadcrumbs optional
  • Butter/oil for frying optional

Instructions
 

  • Bring ingredients to room temperature.
  • Warm potatoes and moisten stuffing if needed.
  • Mix potatoes, stuffing, turkey, and pepper. Form into 12 balls.
  • For baking: Preheat oven to 375°F. Bake on lined tray for 10–12 minutes.
  • For frying: Roll in panko, fry in oil until golden, turning gently.
  • Serve warm with gravy and optional cranberry sauce.
