- 3 cups mashed potatoes
- 3 cups stuffing
- 1½ cups shredded turkey
- Gravy for serving
- Black pepper to taste
- Panko breadcrumbs optional
- Butter/oil for frying optional
Bring ingredients to room temperature.
Warm potatoes and moisten stuffing if needed.
Mix potatoes, stuffing, turkey, and pepper. Form into 12 balls.
For baking: Preheat oven to 375°F. Bake on lined tray for 10–12 minutes.
For frying: Roll in panko, fry in oil until golden, turning gently.
Serve warm with gravy and optional cranberry sauce.
