- 12 cups popped popcorn about ½ cup kernels
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 tbsp light corn syrup
- 1 package 10 oz large marshmallows (about 35)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Pop popcorn, place in large bowl, remove unpopped kernels.
Melt butter, brown sugar, and corn syrup in saucepan.
Add marshmallows and stir until smooth.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
Pour mixture over popcorn, toss to coat.
Spread on greased foil-lined sheet, let set 10–15 mins.
