Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice from 4–5 lemons
  • Zest of 2 lemons
  • 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
  • ½ cup granulated sugar or sweetener of choice
  • cups ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Combine lemon juice, zest, coconut milk, sugar, and ice in a blender.
  • Blend until the mixture is slushy and smooth.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness.
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a dairy-free version, make sure to use a sweetener of your choice that is also dairy-free.
  • If you prefer a creamier slush, you can add a little more coconut milk.
  • You can also add a handful of mint leaves or a splash of rum for a fun twist if serving to adults.
