Ingredients
  

Meatballs

  • 1 lb ground beef or chicken
  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1- inch piece ginger grated
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp gochujang
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 2 green onions chopped

Glaze

  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey or brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp gochujang
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp garlic minced
  • 1 tsp ginger minced
  • 1 tsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water

Spicy Mayo

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp gochujang
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp honey
  • ½ tsp garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • Mix meatball ingredients gently until combined.
  • Roll into 1–1.5″ balls and set aside.
  • Cook using pan-fry, oven, or air fryer method.
  • Simmer sauce ingredients, then thicken with cornstarch slurry.
  • Toss cooked meatballs in the glaze.
