Meatballs
- 1 lb ground beef or chicken
- ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1- inch piece ginger grated
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 2 green onions chopped
Glaze
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey or brown sugar
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp garlic minced
- 1 tsp ginger minced
- 1 tsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water
Spicy Mayo
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp honey
- ½ tsp garlic powder
Mix meatball ingredients gently until combined.
Roll into 1–1.5″ balls and set aside.
Cook using pan-fry, oven, or air fryer method.
Simmer sauce ingredients, then thicken with cornstarch slurry.
Toss cooked meatballs in the glaze.
