- 2 oz tequila blanco
- 2 oz freshly squeezed pink grapefruit juice
- 1 oz jasmine green tea syrup*
- ½ oz lime juice
- 3 raspberries
- Club soda
- Ice
- Pink rose salt** optional, for rim
Prepare jasmine syrup* and pink rose salt** if using.
Rim a double rocks glass with grapefruit and pink rose salt. Fill with ice.
Muddle raspberries in a shaker.
Add tequila, grapefruit juice, lime juice, jasmine syrup, and ice.
Shake well and fine strain into prepared glass.
Top with club soda and garnish with a grapefruit wedge.

To make jasmine green tea syrup: steep 1 jasmine green tea bag in ½ cup hot water for 5 minutes.
Stir in ½ cup sugar until dissolved. Cool before using.
To make pink rose salt: mix flaky sea salt with a pinch of dried culinary rose petals.
Crush gently for a fragrant, floral finish.
