Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups diced cooked ham
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 cup Bisquick mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a 9-inch pie plate.
  • Layer ham, Swiss cheese, and green onions in the pie plate.
  • In a bowl, whisk together Bisquick mix, milk, eggs, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
  • Pour the batter over the layered ingredients.
  • Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
