- 1½ oz silver tequila
- 2 oz fresh honeydew juice
- ½ tsp fresh lime juice
- ½ tsp agave nectar optional
- 3 parts kosher salt + 1 part ancho chili powder for rim
- Lime wedge for rimming and garnish
- Mint sprig or honeydew ball for garnish
Blend honeydew until smooth; strain if desired.
Rim glass with lime; dip in chili-salt blend.
