For the sauce:
- ½ cup honey
- ¼ cup tamari or coconut aminos
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 6 garlic cloves minced
Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix spices.
Whisk sauce ingredients together and set aside.
Rub spice mix over pork.
Heat oil in skillet, sear pork 4 mins total.
