Ingredients

  • 2 1-lb pork tenderloins
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

For the sauce:

  • ½ cup honey
  • ¼ cup tamari or coconut aminos
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 6 garlic cloves minced

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix spices.
  • Whisk sauce ingredients together and set aside.
  • Rub spice mix over pork.
  • Heat oil in skillet, sear pork 4 mins total.
  • Add sauce, turn to coat, and roast 15–20 mins (until 140°F).
