This Hawaiian chicken slider bake brings sweet, savory, and spicy flavors together in a crowd-pleasing dish. Layers of rotisserie chicken, provolone, tomato, onion, and pickles are baked between fluffy Hawaiian rolls with a garlic-parsley butter topping.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package Sweet Hawaiian rolls
  • 1 rotisserie chicken shredded
  • 3 tablespoons spicy mayo
  • 4 slices smoked provolone cheese
  • ¼ cup sliced pickles
  • 1 tomato thinly sliced
  • ½ red onion thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic grated
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Slice Hawaiian rolls lengthwise; place in a baking dish.
  • Spread spicy mayo evenly on bottom half of rolls.
  • Scatter shredded chicken over mayo; layer provolone slices on top.
  • Top with tomato, onion, and pickles.
  • Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, and salt; brush over top half of rolls.
