A tropical-inspired bake made with sweet Hawaiian rolls, a smooth cheesecake filling, and a juicy pineapple layer. Drizzled with a sweet glaze and garnished with fresh strawberries, it’s an easy yet indulgent dish.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package of King Hawaiian sweet rolls
  • 1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 can 8 oz crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 cup strawberries sliced

For the Glaze:

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 –2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Slice rolls in half and place bottom layer in greased baking dish.
  • Beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Spread over bottom layer.
  • Add pineapple, top with the roll tops.
  • Bake 25–30 minutes until golden and set. Cool slightly.
  • Mix glaze and drizzle over warm Danish.

Notes

  • Make Ahead: You can prepare the Danish the night before and refrigerate it before baking in the morning.
