A tropical-inspired bake made with sweet Hawaiian rolls, a smooth cheesecake filling, and a juicy pineapple layer. Drizzled with a sweet glaze and garnished with fresh strawberries, it’s an easy yet indulgent dish.

- 1 package of King Hawaiian sweet rolls
- 1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 can 8 oz crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/2 cup strawberries sliced
For the Glaze:
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 –2 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Slice rolls in half and place bottom layer in greased baking dish.
Beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
Spread over bottom layer.
Add pineapple, top with the roll tops.
Bake 25–30 minutes until golden and set. Cool slightly.
Mix glaze and drizzle over warm Danish.
