  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 2 sweet potatoes
  • 2 zucchinis
  • cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Peel and chop sweet potatoes.
  • Toss with 2 tbsp olive oil, ½ tsp garlic powder, ½ tsp rosemary, salt, and pepper in a baking dish.
  • Roast for 30 minutes.
