- 1 lb lean ground chicken
- 3 cloves fresh garlic minced
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 1/4 cup ketchup for topping
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking dish.
In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, garlic, parmesan, breadcrumbs, eggs, onion, salt, and pepper.
Mix gently until just combined.
Shape the mixture into a loaf in the prepared dish.
Spread ketchup on top.
Bake for 45–50 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
