Ingredients
  

  • 2 ½ cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup raspberries fresh or frozen
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Spread the yogurt mixture evenly across the sheet.
  • Top with blueberries, raspberries, and chopped walnuts, pressing gently.
  • Freeze for about 3 hours, or until firm.
  • Remove and slice into rectangles or triangles quickly.
  • Store in airtight containers in the freezer and enjoy frozen.
