Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups ham
  • 1 pinch garlic powder
  • 1/3 cup white onion chopped
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup Bisquick baking mix
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 cups half & half
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese shredded

Instructions
 

  • Lightly grease a deep 9″ pie plate.
  • Spread ham and onion evenly over the bottom.
  • Top with Swiss cheese.
  • In a bowl, whisk together eggs, half & half, Bisquick, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • Pour mixture over fillings.
  • Bake at 400°F for 35–40 minutes, until golden brown and set in the center.
