Ingredients
  

  • 2 lobster tails or 1½ cups cooked lobster meat
  • 8 oz pasta
  • 3 Tbsp butter divided
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 tsp grated ginger
  • ½ cup broth
  • ½ cup heavy cream optional
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes optional

Instructions
 

  • Cook & chop lobster; set aside.
  • Boil pasta; reserve water.
  • Sauté garlic and ginger in butter and oil; add lobster.
  • Add broth, cream, cheese, and lemon; season.
  • Toss pasta with sauce; finish with butter and serve.

Notes

  • Skip the cream for a lighter, more brothy sauce.
