- 2 lobster tails or 1½ cups cooked lobster meat
- 8 oz pasta
- 3 Tbsp butter divided
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- 2 tsp grated ginger
- ½ cup broth
- ½ cup heavy cream optional
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- Salt & pepper to taste
- ¼ tsp red pepper flakes optional
Cook & chop lobster; set aside.
Boil pasta; reserve water.
Sauté garlic and ginger in butter and oil; add lobster.
Add broth, cream, cheese, and lemon; season.
Toss pasta with sauce; finish with butter and serve.
