- 8 slices of your favorite bread
- 1/2 cup of softened butter
- 4 cloves of garlic minced
- 1 pound of shrimp peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
- 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Mix softened butter with minced garlic.
Spread on one side of each bread slice.
In a skillet, heat olive oil. Add shrimp, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Cook until pink, ~3–4 minutes. Set aside.
Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat.
Place a slice of bread (butter side down) in skillet.
