Frozen Yogurt Peanut Pops are creamy yogurt rounds mixed with peanut butter and chocolate chips, frozen on a stick, and dipped in silky dark chocolate. They’re sweet, salty, and packed with protein—perfect for both kids and adults!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup yogurt of choice Greek or vegan yogurt recommended
  • cup peanut butter natural, runny kind works best
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips mini chips preferred
  • Handful of nuts optional – peanuts or your favorite
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips or chunks
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil

Instructions
 

  • Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  • In a bowl, mix yogurt, peanut butter, and chocolate chips until fully combined.
  • Spoon portions of the mixture onto the tray (¼–⅓ each), spreading into 3-inch circles.
  • Insert a popsicle stick halfway into each round and sprinkle nuts on top.
  • Freeze for at least 2 hours until completely firm.
  • Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave, stirring between 20-second intervals.

Notes

  • For dairy-free, use coconut yogurt and vegan chocolate.
  • Use parchment, not foil—it prevents sticking.
  • You can skip the chocolate dip for a lighter version.
