Frozen Yogurt Peanut Pops are creamy yogurt rounds mixed with peanut butter and chocolate chips, frozen on a stick, and dipped in silky dark chocolate. They’re sweet, salty, and packed with protein—perfect for both kids and adults!

- 1 cup yogurt of choice Greek or vegan yogurt recommended
- ⅓ cup peanut butter natural, runny kind works best
- ¼ cup chocolate chips mini chips preferred
- Handful of nuts optional – peanuts or your favorite
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips or chunks
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
In a bowl, mix yogurt, peanut butter, and chocolate chips until fully combined.
Spoon portions of the mixture onto the tray (¼–⅓ each), spreading into 3-inch circles.
Insert a popsicle stick halfway into each round and sprinkle nuts on top.
Freeze for at least 2 hours until completely firm.
Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave, stirring between 20-second intervals.
