Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt

  • 2 –3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup to taste
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Clear space in your freezer for a flat tray or silicone mold.
  • In a large bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, sweetener, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Gently fold in mini chocolate chips.
  • Line a baking tray with parchment or prep a silicone mold.
  • Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto the tray or into the mold.
  • Freeze for at least 2 hours, until firm.
