- 1 pizza dough 12-oz package, rolled into rectangle
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup sliced pepperoni
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 egg beaten (for egg wash)
- ½ cup marinara sauce for dipping
Preheat oven to 375°F; line a baking sheet.
Roll dough into a rectangle; leave a 1″ border.
Layer mozzarella, pepperoni, Parmesan, and seasoning.
Roll dough tightly; place seam-side down.
Brush with egg wash; cut slits on top.
