This Easy Peach Sangria is light, fruity, and packed with juicy peaches, fresh mint, and a splash of peach schnapps. Made with crisp white wine and topped with sparkling water, it’s the perfect chilled drink for summer brunches, picnics, or patio evenings.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bottle white wine Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio
  • 1/2 cup peach schnapps
  • 1 large peach thinly sliced
  • 1/3 cup fresh blueberries
  • 5 –7 sprigs of mint
  • 1 –2 tablespoons agave nectar
  • Optional: Sparkling water for topping
  • Ice for serving

Instructions
 

  • Add peach schnapps, peaches, blueberries, mint, agave, and white wine to a large pitcher.
  • Stir and let sit for at least 1 hour in the fridge (4 hours for best flavor).
  • When serving, pour over ice and top with sparkling water if desired.
  • Garnish with mint.

Notes

  • Adjust sweetness by adding more or less agave to taste.
  • For a non-alcoholic version, use white grape juice and peach juice in place of wine and schnapps.
  • Best enjoyed the same day. The fruit can be eaten as a sweet treat after the drink!
