This Easy Peach Sangria is light, fruity, and packed with juicy peaches, fresh mint, and a splash of peach schnapps. Made with crisp white wine and topped with sparkling water, itβs the perfect chilled drink for summer brunches, picnics, or patio evenings.

- 1 bottle white wine Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio
- 1/2 cup peach schnapps
- 1 large peach thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup fresh blueberries
- 5 β7 sprigs of mint
- 1 β2 tablespoons agave nectar
- Optional: Sparkling water for topping
- Ice for serving
Add peach schnapps, peaches, blueberries, mint, agave, and white wine to a large pitcher.
Stir and let sit for at least 1 hour in the fridge (4 hours for best flavor).
When serving, pour over ice and top with sparkling water if desired.
Garnish with mint.

For a non-alcoholic version, use white grape juice and peach juice in place of wine and schnapps.
