Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups frozen fruit of your choice bananas, mango, strawberries, etc.
  • 1 –2 tablespoons water or juice as needed
  • 1 –2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup optional

Instructions
 

  • Freeze chopped fruit until solid.
  • Add to blender or processor. Pulse, then blend until smooth.
  • Add liquid only if needed. Taste and add sweetener if desired.
  • Serve immediately or freeze 1–2 hours for scoopable texture.
