Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons fresh dill chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh green onions chopped
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 long English cucumber thinly sliced
  • 1 loaf sliced bread crusts removed

Instructions
 

  • Whisk cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
  • Stir in dill, green onion, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread mixture onto bread slices.
  • Layer thin cucumber slices over half of the bread. Add extra herbs if desired.
  • Top with remaining slices, press gently, then cut into thirds.
  • Serve immediately or store in the fridge for up to 24 hours.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a pinch of smoked paprika to the cream cheese mixture.
