- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons fresh dill chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh green onions chopped
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ⅛ teaspoon onion powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 long English cucumber thinly sliced
- 1 loaf sliced bread crusts removed
Whisk cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
Stir in dill, green onion, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Spread mixture onto bread slices.
Layer thin cucumber slices over half of the bread. Add extra herbs if desired.
Top with remaining slices, press gently, then cut into thirds.
Serve immediately or store in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
